We are actively developing sales agents to serve customers in Texas, California, Florida, and New York—some of our nation’s largest Spanish-speaking markets. In 2015, we hired more than 450 bilingual sales agents to meet the needs of a growing Latino population—and more than 30 percent of hires at our Chicagoland corporate offices have been bilingual in Spanish and English.
